★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno venduto un farmaco con scadenza molto ravvicinata. Me ne sono accorta dopo averlo aperto, non me lo hanno sostituito né mi hanno rimborsato. Fate attenzione alle scadenze quando comprate qui, anche se, in realtà, dovrebbe essere loro responsabilità controllare.
They sold me a drug with a very short deadline. I realized it after opening it, they didn't replace it or refund me. Pay attention to deadlines when buying here, although in reality it should be their responsibility to check.

verso le 23:45 del 05.06.2021 richiedendo un prodotto contraccettivo il quale c'è stato correttamente fornito. Inoltre siccome a lei in data odierna gli è stata somministrata la prima dose del vaccino anti covid-19 Astrazenca abbiamo richiesto gentilmente di misurare la temperatura corporea siccome era in evidente stato di insofferenza; ci e' stato detto che non erano dotati di dispositivi in grado di eseguire la procedura richiesta, ma che in compenso potevamo acquistare un termometro ( ce l'ho anch'io in casa, grazie ). Ora il mio punto di vista è il seguente: avete così tanta necessità di vendere da non riconoscere un evidente stato di necessità di un cittadino anche a seguito di una pandemia ? O siete completamente degli incompetenti ? A voi la scelta, vergognatevi!

Furthermore, since she was given the first dose of the anti covid-19 Astrazenca vaccine today, we kindly asked to measure her body temperature as she was in an evident state of intolerance; we were told that they were not equipped with devices capable of carrying out the required procedure, but that in return we could buy a thermometer (I also have it at home, thanks). Now my point of view is the following: do you have so much need to sell that you do not recognize an evident state of need of a citizen even after a pandemic? Or are you completely incompetent? The choice is yours, be ashamed!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andati oggi per un controllo della glicemia per la mia bambina, che piangeva come una fontana, abbiamo trovato un dottore gentilissimo e paziente, e molto scrupoloso, che alla fine ha fatto un regalino alla mia bambina. Abbiamo molto apprezzato, considerato anche l ora serale.
Went today for a blood glucose check for my little girl, who was crying like a fountain, we found a very kind and patient, and very dedicated doctor, who eventually gave my little girl a gift. We enjoyed it very much, also considering the evening time.
