Si trova a Genova Quinto, meglio nella località Bagnara, in via Gianelli ed è edificato su un piccolo promontorio sul mare. L'oratorio ha una piazzetta davanti, purtroppo utilizzata come caotico parcheggio, mentre sarebbe da pedonalizzare per consentire di fruire dell'ombra data da piante secolari.
L'interno conserva un'opera del Maragliano ed altre di datazione rinascimentale. Purtroppo l'interno non è visitabile se non in occasione di attività della Confraternita.

It is located in Genoa Quinto, better in the Bagnara area, in via Gianelli and is built on a small promontory on the sea. The oratory has a small square in front, unfortunately used as a chaotic parking lot, while it would be pedestrianized to allow you to enjoy the shade given by age-old plants.
The interior preserves a work of Maragliano and others of Renaissance dating. Unfortunately, the interior cannot be visited except during the activity of the Brotherhood.
