Ieri 11/03/2017, acquisto medicinali e parafarmaci veterinari per un importo di €75,10, dopo aver acquistato per problemi di salute del cane nelle ultime tre settimane circa 200€ tra medicinali ed affini, bene consegnando al dottore 90,00€ perchè ero sfornita di 0,10 centesimi, mi vedo restituire la somma di 14,90€. Avrebbe dovuto farmi uno sconto dello 0,15%!!!! BENE UN CLIENTE PERSO. E POI SI MERAVIGLIANO PERCHE' SI ACQUISTA ONLINE!!! We have been customers for decades, living close by. Yesterday 11/03/2017, purchase of veterinary medicines and parapharmaceuticals for an amount of € 75.10, after having bought about € 200 for the dog's health problems in the last three weeks, well delivering € 90.00 to the doctor because I was out of 0.10 cents, I see myself paying back the sum of € 14.90. He should have given me a 0.15% discount !!!! GOOD A LOST CUSTOMER. AND THEN YOU WONDER WHY YOU BUY ONLINE !!!

Una sola farmacista ha l'aria annoiata ed infastidita, anche solo per la stampa ricetta nel retro farmacia mi ha rimproverato. Ultimo mio acquisto. Nice and courteous staff, but too much queue. A single pharmacist looks bored and annoyed, even just for the prescription print in the back of the pharmacy she scolded me. My latest purchase.

E in tutti questi anni ho trovato tanta GENTILEZZA, COMPETENZA, e AIUTO a risolvere eventuali miei dubbi!! Ancora oggi dopo oltre 40 anni mi rivolgo a loro, ottenendo sempre un servizio impeccabile!!! It is the pharmacy where I have been supplying myself since 1980. And in all these years I have found so much KINDNESS, COMPETENCE, and HELP to solve any my doubts !! Even today, after more than 40 years, I turn to them, always getting an impeccable service !!!

Peccato perché i 3 ragazzi giovani sono bravi, capaci e simpatici. Spesso i medicinali non sono presenti e qualche commesso non è molto gentile e cordiale. Faccio compere in questa farmacia se sono con l'acqua alla gola, altrimenti molte altre farmacie sono più convenienti e con persone cordiale e disponibile. I change the review because the owner, or whoever she is, treats customers with arrogance and rudeness! Never again! Too bad because the 3 young guys are good, capable and nice. Medicines are often not present and some clerks are not very kind and friendly. I shop at this pharmacy if I have water in my throat, otherwise many other pharmacies are cheaper and with friendly and helpful people.

Speculare il 200% sulle spalle della gente malata?? Sono 2 anni ormai che viviamo nello schifo piu totale e voi vendete tamponi al doppio di quello che costano. VERGOGNATEVI This morning at 10.30 I bought a rapid swab in wide barrier 9.90 € here instead after 6 hours the swab costs me 18.00 €. Are we mad? Speculate 200% on the shoulders of sick people? We have been living in total disgust for 2 years now and you sell tampons at double what they cost. SHAME ON YOU
