Ok ....sceglieremo altre bollicine per la nostra festa ! Aber die herablassende Art, wie wir bedient wurden ist NICHT in Ordnung! Wenn Kunden, die für den privaten Gebrauch einkaufen wollen, unerwünscht sind, sollen sie es einfach sagen. Der zweite Stern ist eigentlich nur des guten Produktes zuliebe. Deswegen habe ich letzten Endes doch eine Kiste gekauft. Als ich mich verabschiedet habe, ist natürlich auch nichts zurück gekommen. Ich werde daher wieder bei den sehr freundlichen Leuten von Le Cantorie und Villa Franciacorta kaufen. We wanted to try and buy Franciacorta there today. But I've seldom seen anything like this unfriendly. It's okay that we weren't allowed to try anything. But the condescending way we were served is NOT OK! If customers who want to shop for personal use are not wanted, just let them know. The second star is actually only for the sake of the good product. That's why I ended up buying a box. When I said goodbye, of course, nothing came back. I will therefore buy again from the very friendly people at Le Cantorie and Villa Franciacorta.
