M	Matteo Repossi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una sorpresa. Scoperta scorrendo la lista dei Franciacorta vincitori dei 5 grappoli della guida Bibenda, mi ha conquistato la gamma di vini proposta. Una gamma "pensata", ragionata intorno allo chardonnay, dal brut al pas dosé passando attraverso un "non dosato" - interpretazione non banale del metodo classico - ed un brut millesimato in cui un tocco di Pinot si sposa felicemente con lo Chardonnay, finendo in grande con il Riserva, Celeste, un Pas Dosé di rara struttura e armonia, davvero 5 grappoli meritatissimi. A surprise. Discovered by scrolling through the list of Franciacorta winners of the 5 bunches of the Bibenda guide, I was conquered by the proposed range of wines. A "thought" range, reasoned around chardonnay, from brut to pas dosé passing through an "undosed" - non-trivial interpretation of the classic method - and a vintage brut in which a touch of Pinot happily marries with Chardonnay, ending in large with Riserva, Celeste, a Pas Dosé of rare structure and harmony, truly 5 well-deserved bunches.
