Contattati per la sostituzione di una cappa dopo averla smontata non solo hanno sbagliato modello di cappa (con tubo di espulsione più grande rispetto a quello reale) ma non sono stati capaci di installare la nuova chiedendomi e costringendomi a rivolgermi ad altri. A loro dire c'era il pericolo che le piastrelle presenti potessero danneggiarsi durante il montaggio.....Pur avendoli esonerati da qualsiasi responsabilità circa i presunti danni che avrebbero potuto causare hanno rifiutato l'installazione . Risultato: chiamato altro Professionista e installata la nuova cappa senza alcun danno causato alle piastrelle e risparmiato pure sul prezzo...quindi ringrazio per avermi fatto risparmiare ma sconsiglio. Unprofessional. Contacted for the replacement of a hood after having disassembled it, not only did they have the wrong hood model (with a larger exhaust pipe than the real one) but they were unable to install the new one, asking me and forcing me to contact others. According to them, there was a danger that the tiles present could be damaged during assembly ..... Although they exonerated them from any responsibility for the alleged damage they could cause, they refused the installation. Result: called another Professional and installed the new hood without any damage caused to the tiles and also saved on the price ... so thank you for saving me but I do not recommend.

I due Francesco si completano a vicenda con la conoscenza dei prodotti dell'uno e con la bravura nell'istallazione dell'altro. Il nuovo negozio è molto bello e rifornito. Lo consiglio a tutti. I turned to the built-in center to replace a 60 oven, after showing me several models I chose a steel Foster. I am fine. The two Francesco complement each other with the knowledge of the products of one and with the skill in the installation of the other. The new shop is very nice and stocked. La vera tranquillità nel servirsi da lui, risulta l'essere sempre seguiti anche nel post vendita, pratica ormai assente presso altri operatori.
