★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tutti i prodotti sono buonissimi. I nostri favoriti sono il stracchinato (quando è morbido e quasi liquido dentro) e il caprino nobile nel formato cilindrico da tagliare e un trancio cotto sulla piastra - vedi la foto con olio e un po' di balsamico o meglio ancora melassa di melograno.
All the products are very good. Our favorites are the stracchinato (when it is soft and almost liquid inside) and the noble goat cheese in the cylindrical format to be cut and a slice cooked on the plate - see the photo with oil and a little balsamic or even better pomegranate molasses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We almost missed this place as we were driving to another town, but luckily I had my husband turn around. We stopped to buy some goat cheese and ended up staying for lunch and it was an amazing experience. Their food is all produced by them, even the pasta. This is a must for cheese lovers and more.
The owner and staff are very good and happy to do what they do. You can tell that this is a passion for them.
