S	Simone Cominardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho ancora avuto il piacere di fare loro visita dal vivo ma per ora ho solo avuto esperienze positive: primo ordine arrivato velocissimo e in perfette condizioni e un secondo ordine da 50 euro ci è stato annullato senza problemi, rimborsandoci completamente (cosa per nulla scontata, altri posti se ne sarebbero lavati le mani). Acquisteró sicuramente altro da loro in futuro, magari proprio nel loro negozio. I have not yet had the pleasure of visiting them live but for now I have only had positive experiences: first order arrived very fast and in perfect condition and a second order of 50 euros was canceled without problems, fully refunding us (which is not at all obvious , other places would have washed their hands). I will definitely buy more from them in the future, maybe right in their shop.

Certo, a Rovereto si possono trovare prodotti simili in altri negozi, ma avere un posto dedicato a questo mondo è tutta un'altra cosa. Every city needs a board game and trading card shop. Of course, in Rovereto you can find similar products in other shops, but having a place dedicated to this world is something else entirely.

G	Giorgio Gabellone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato più volte in questo negozio e mi sono trovato bene però metto 2 stelle perché oggi sono passato per comprare dei copri-figurine. I copri-figurine erano disponibili ma invece che trovarsi nel negozio erano nel magazzino (situato praticamente alle spalle del banco del commesso). Per essersi recati in magazzino e aver preso i copri-figurine mi hanno chiesto, oltre al prezzo della merce, anche 3,00 euro in più per questo "ulteriore servizio" (cosa che non mi è mai stata chiesta precedentemente per la stessa situazione). Capisco che gestire un magazzino possa essere non facile, ma se vengo in loco per comprare delle cose che sono disponibili ma che sono in magazzino (a due passi dalla cassa) mi sembra non corretto chiedere soldi in più. A maggior ragione se le persone vengono a comprare più volte, sarebbero 3,00 € fissi in più ad ogni acquisto su merce disponibile ma presente in magazzino. I bought several times in this shop and I was happy but I put 2 stars because today I went to buy some sticker covers. The sticker covers were available but instead of being in the shop they were in the warehouse (located practically behind the salesman's desk). For going to the warehouse and taking the sticker covers, they asked me, in addition to the price of the goods, also 3.00 euros more for this "additional service" (something that I have never been asked for before for the same situation) . I understand that managing a warehouse can be not easy, but if I come on site to buy things that are available but that are in stock (a stone's throw from the cashier) it seems incorrect to ask for extra money. Even more so if people come to buy several times, it would be € 3.00 fixed more for each purchase on goods available but present in stock.
