L'altare maggiore è costruito in legno com'è di norma per i templi dei cappuccini
Il tabernacolo è del noto ebanista "PIFFETTI" con intarsi in tartaruga e madreperla, di metà settecento.
All'interno si nota la volta con l'affresco di Luigi Morgari, raffigurante il miracoloso trasporto della Santa Casa da Nazareth a Loreto.

The main altar is built of wood as is usually the case for Capuchin temples
The tabernacle is by the famous cabinetmaker "PIFFETTI" with tortoiseshell and mother-of-pearl inlays, from the mid-eighteenth century.
Inside you can see the vault with the fresco by Luigi Morgari, depicting the miraculous transport of the Holy House from Nazareth to Loreto.
