I only met and talked to one of the brothers. Zero professionalism. Evidently he didn't want to do my job. He could tell me right away. I would have avoided travel and time ... then ... we talk about crisis .... Gerardo, (this is the name of the three brothers), if you don't want to listen and serve customers ... change jobs!
