R	Raffaele Stanzione on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di ritorno da un'escursione presso Calabritto, decidemmo di venire in questo ristorante... Ci affidammo al passaparola positivo delle persone del posto. E si sa, quel tipo di "recensione" difficilmente sbaglia! Senz'offesa! Locale ampio ed accogliente, diviso un due sale, nel quale si riscontra sobrietà nell'estetica. Il format osteria così impone, e può bastare così. Grande affabilità del proprietario, col quale abbiamo avuto subito feeling (difficile non averlo con una persona così benevola), infatti ci ha illustrato il menù, i piatti del posto, cosa fare dopo il pranzo, ma dando anche spazio a socializzare e parlare di varie cose. Personale di sala preciso, cordiale. Optammo per un menù personalizzato, e non quello del giorno... Composto da vari antipasti davvero sfiziosi (patate e peperoni, bocconcini con affettati vari, scarole stufate con farina di mais, broccoli, sformato di funghi porcini), alcuni primi piatti come le orecchiette alla boscaiola o i ravioli al ragù, e secondi piatti come la carne ai ferri o il tris di carne. E ci fu un assaggio del piatto tipico : ovvero la "matassa" (pasta allungata fatta in casa) con i ceci. Goduria! Lo si vede che è una cucina genuina, saporita, fatta con amore, ingredienti del territorio coi quali è assicurata la qualità e il gusto di un tempo. Il conto é stato complessivamente coerente con ciò che abbiamo mangiato. Bravi, buoni e belli! Complimenti! Returning from an excursion to Calabritto, we decided to come to this restaurant ... We relied on the positive word of mouth of the locals. And you know, that kind of "review" is hardly wrong! Without offense! Spacious and welcoming room, divided into two rooms, in which sobriety is found in aesthetics. The osteria format so imposes, and it can be enough. Great affability of the owner, with whom we immediately had a feeling (difficult not to have him with such a benevolent person), in fact he showed us the menu, the dishes of the place, what to do after lunch, but also giving space to socialize and talk about various what's this. Room staff precise, friendly. We opted for a personalized menu, and not the one of the day ... Consisting of various really tasty appetizers (potatoes and peppers, morsels with various cold cuts, escarole stewed with corn flour, broccoli, porcini mushroom flan), some first courses such as orecchiette alla boscaiola or ravioli with meat sauce, and second courses such as grilled meat or trio of meat. And there was a taste of the typical dish: the "hank" (elongated homemade pasta) with chickpeas. Pleasure! It can be seen that it is a genuine, tasty cuisine, made with love, local ingredients with which the quality and taste of the past is ensured. The bill was overall consistent with what we ate. Simple place with fresh seasonal products, to be tasted absolutely skein and chickpeas, not to mention the fine meats x second course, kind, helpful and polite staff, 0 km ingredients.

Per quanto riguarda il menù, tutto squisito dai primi piatti ai secondi piatti e anche i dolci sono buonissimi. I prezzi sono ragionevoli e per le porzioni grandi che ti danno è il giusto (ho preso il menu turistico con gli antipasti). Personale gentile, non ho nessuna critica.?

The quality of the food was good (didn't expect that in such a small town), at a very reasonable price (average of €9 per person). I also loved the coffee here.
