Locale ben curato e accogliente come accoglienti sono i proprietari. Abbiamo riscoperto i sapori genuini con materie prime di ottima qualità cucinati come da tradizione. Consigliatissimo. Il menu rispetta le tradizioni culinarie del posto. Da migliorare la cottura della carne. Comunque tutto sommato 4+ stelle consigliatissimo! A	Antonello Alviggi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se vi trovate in alta irpinia uscite a caposele e per prima cosa visitare dove nasce il fiume Sele, in questo comune nasce ogni goccia di acqua che arriva nella regione Puglia. Fatto questo se volete mangiare non vi resta che dare un occhiata alle decine di ristoranti nella zona. Noi abbiamo scelto Pappatorìa. Un ristorante a vista sembra una casa ma appena entri ti trovi un piccolo ristorante raccolto, molto carino. Cominciamo con un antipasto davvero ricco e fatto di tante portate, salumi eccellenti, baccalà cucinato benissimo. Visto le tante portate dell'antipasto abbiamo preso (eravamo in quattro) 2 primi e due bistecche. I primi piatti erano superbi, uno era una matassa (pasta tipica irpina) con ceci e peperone crusco, l'altro primo, spaghetto e con baccalà e peperone crusco. La carne era davvero buona, di razza podolica. Il vino della casa, un ottimo Aglianico ma se volete c'è la carta dei vini. Unica nota stonata il dolce, da migliorare.
