La persona con cui ho parlato al telefono mi ha detto di lasciare il pezzo al negozio accanto con il mio numero di telefono. Ho aspettato 10 giorni senza ricevere alcun tipo di notizia. Quando ho richiamato per sapere se avesse visto il lavoro da effettuare mi è stato risposto che il tecnico mi avrebbe richiamato la sera stessa o al più tardi al mattino. Ovviamente non ho ricevuto alcuna telefonata e quando ho richiamato nuovamente mi è stato detto che il tecnico cercava il "pezzo" nonostante non mi era ancora stato comunicato quale fosse il problema o la tempistica e senza aver appurato se accettassi o meno di far eseguire l'intervento. Infine il professionista mi ha attaccato il telefono in faccia dicendomi che potevo passare al negozio accanto a ritirarlo. Sarà forse bravissimo a riparare (chissà!) ma assolutamente non in grado di prendere in carico un lavoro e trattare con i clienti. My experience was definitely negative. But absolutely not able to take on a job and deal with customers.
