N	Novaro Marco on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho un frigorifero (hotpoint nofrost) in garanzia (14 mesi di vita). Avevo notato da qualche mese che il freezer non funzionava bene (invece il reparto frigo è ok). Dopo mie verifiche (è sufficiente un termometro da frigo ed un pò di prove) ho richiesto l'assistenza tramite il canale ufficiale e, pochi giorni dopo, si è presentato un tecnico, il signor Claudio. Non faccio quasi mai recensioni, ma in questo caso, con piacere, faccio una eccezione. Tutto il canale di assistenza della hotpoint Ariston ha funzionato egregiamente. Il sig. Claudio, una persona gentilissima ed onesta, al di là che mi ha risolto il problema con la sostituzione del sensore nel freezer, si è comportato con correttezza, dimostrandomi interesse e sensibilità nel verificare se l'intervento aveva risolto il problema e... dai piccoli dettagli ed i modi cortesi ci si accorge della qualità delle persone. Nella sfortuna (e rabbia) per il prematuro guasto al frigo, la fortuna per il lieto fine e per aver avuto a che fare con tecnici così professionali (ho usato il plurale perchè, date le sue ferie imminenti, ha garantito che non mi avrebbe lasciato solo...). I have a refrigerator (hotpoint nofrost) warranty (14 months old). I had noticed for some months that the freezer was not working well (instead the fridge department is ok). After my checks (just a fridge thermometer and some tests) I requested assistance through the official channel and, a few days later, a technician, Mr. Claudio, showed up. I do not hardly ever reviews, but in this case, with pleasure, I make an exception. All the assistance of Hotpoint Ariston channel has worked very well. Mr. Claudio, a very kind and honest person, beyond that he solved the problem with the replacement of the sensor in the freezer, he behaved correctly, showing interest and sensitivity in verifying if the intervention had solved the problem and ... by small details and courteous ways you notice the quality of people. In misfortune (and anger) for the premature failure of the fridge, luck for the happy ending and for having dealt with such professional technicians (I used the plural because, given his imminent holidays, he guaranteed that he would not leave me only...).

È venuto il signor Massimo che ha individuato subito la grave perdita provocata da una maledetta chiave che aveva letteralmente bucato il cestello esteriore di plastica. Mi ha ordinato il pezzo di ricambio e questo pomeriggio è intervenuto, coadiuvato dal collega Claudio. Hanno fatto un lavoro straordinario e complicatissimo: dire a regola d’arte è riduttivo. Una voce femminile, non certamente cortese, mi ha riferito che era scritto 5 anni sull’asciugatrice, ma in realtà “era una garanzia valevole per il mercato estero, ma non per l’Italia” (!). Ma non è finita. Alla mia richiesta di ricevere comunque assistenza (anche non in garanzia) ha ritenuto di sbattermi il telefono in faccia. Ah, piccolo particolare: la signora mi ha detto che la chiamata costava €45, mentre nel centro di assistenza dove poi mi sono rivolta la chiamata costa €30. Ps: la signora aveva una voce molto alta quando parlava al telefono e credo stesse in presenza di altre persone. A female voice, certainly not courteous, told me that it was written 5 years on the dryer, but in reality "it was a valid guarantee for the foreign market, but not for Italy" (!). But that's not all. At my request to receive assistance anyway (even not under warranty) he decided to slam the phone in my face. Ah, a small detail: the lady told me that the call cost € 45, while in the assistance center where I later made the call it costs € 30. Ps: the lady had a very loud voice when she spoke on the phone and I think she was in the presence of other people.
