n	noemy pipeschi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 0 professionalità, scortesia e incompetenza. il mio fidanzato è andato in questa gioielleria per comprarmi l'anello di fidanzamento. non gli hanno dato nemmeno la classica scatolina, un busta sgualcita..(chi se ne frega). Dopo la proposta ho dovuto cambiare l'anello per le dimensioni perchè era troppo grande. indovinate...mi hanno fatto vedere il prezzo dell'anello! e ho sorvolato...causa vicinanza ferragosto mi avrebbero dovuta chiamare loro, dopo qualche giorno da ferragosto li ho ricontattati io ed era arrivato il cambio (all'anello tra l'altro era già venuto via il diamantino). al telefono mi ribadiscono.se era quello che costava xxxx e io ho ripetuto che era il mio anello di fidanzamento!! fatto il cambio con il nuovo anello dopo 2/3 ore avevo già perso 2 diamantini (anello scadente allora, vero che non costa 1000 euro però...). Ho richiamato subito la gioielleria e con tono scocciato mi hanno risposto che il cambio me lo avevano già fatto e che quindi avrei dovuto mandarlo in laboratorio a pagamento. sono passate meno di due settimane dalla proposta e gli anelli erano difettosi!!! Tra l'altro mi hanno detto in modo scocciato di passare il pomeriggio che aveva troppa gente e mi ha buttato giù. Non lo consiglio affatto e ora troverò un modo visto che ho la garanzia e sono passate solo 2 settimane!!! 0 professionalism, rudeness and incompetence. my boyfriend went to this jewelry store to buy me an engagement ring. they didn't even give him the classic box, a crumpled envelope .. I do not recommend it at all and now I will find a way since I have the guarantee and only 2 weeks have passed !!!
