Very close to home, so very comfortable ... But the staff ... NO !!! The young girls are ok, but the two ladies absolutely NOT !!!! Every time I go there they look at me and talk to me as if I were a kamikaze ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Scortesia e scarsa professionalità. Mi reco in farmacia per chiedere un farmaco veterinario urgentissimo. Mi viene risposto in modo brusco ed ineducato di ritornare in seguito in quanto senza ricetta non avrebbero neanche potuto verificare la diaponibilità. Se avessere dedicato un minimo di attenzione al cliente si sarevbero accorti 1) che il farmaco non era disponibile facendomi cosi evitare un'inutile perdita di prezioso tempo 2) che comunque per il farmaco in questione non era necessaria alcuna ricetta. Non ci torneró. Grande delusione.
Rude and unprofessional. I go to the pharmacy to ask for a very urgent veterinary drug. I am answered in an abrupt and uneducated way to return later because without a prescription they would not even have been able to verify the availability. If having paid a minimum of attention to the customer, they would have noticed 1) that the drug was not available, thus avoiding a useless waste of precious time 2) that in any case, no prescription was necessary for the drug in question. I won't go back. Big disappointment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio! Si sono rifiutati di stamparmi il green pass alle 10:23 del mattino di Mercoledì 18 Agosto, con la farmacia senza clienti, in quanto loro non si sprecano a fare un servizio al cittadino a quest’ora. Solo dalle 12 alle 17 e con maleducazione! Vergogna.
Bad service! They refused to print my green pass at 10:23 am on Wednesday 18 August, with the pharmacy without customers, as they don't bother doing a service to the citizen at this time. Only from 12 to 17 and with rudeness! Shame.
