★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un oggetto presso la gioielleria ma arrivato a casa ho notato un difetto dello stesso tanto che sono tornato per chiedere la sostituzione; oggetto trattenuto per circa 2 settimane dopo di che vado per ritirarlo ma l’oggetto è esattamente lo stesso...morale della favola non c’è stata alcuna sostituzione ma semplicemente hanno provato a sistemarlo senza successo direi.
I bought an item at the jewelry store but when I got home I noticed a defect in it, so much so that I went back to ask for a replacement; object held for about 2 weeks after which I go to collect it but the object is exactly the same ... moral of the story there has been no replacement but they simply tried to fix it without success I would say.
