★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anche alla Casareccia devo diire che ho sperimentato pasta fresca e tortelli degni della fama gastronomica amiatina. La signora molto gentile a volte mi fa assaggiare delle crostate buonissime che fa lei stessa. Io che sono un ghiottone a volte mi scotto anche la lingua. Ma che importa godere e' superiore a soffrire. Complimenti ancora alla padrona e alla di lei figlia ovvero la Silvia che apprezzo non solo per bellezza ma sopratutto per la compostezza , pulizia ed educazione. Fra tante dolcezze e' sicuramente la piu' dolce
I also have to say to Casareccia that I have tried fresh pasta and tortelli worthy of Amiata's gastronomic fame. The very kind lady sometimes makes me taste some delicious pies that she does herself. I, who am a glutton, sometimes even tears my tongue. But what does it matter to enjoy is superior to suffering. Congratulations again to the mistress and her daughter or the Silvia that I appreciate not only for beauty but above all for the composure, cleanliness and education. Among the many sweetnesses it is certainly the sweetest
