★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un micropastificio che stupisce per 4 buoni motivi per i quali ti ci devi fermare (e poi ritornare):
1) la qualità senza compromessi di ogni loro prodotto, che comincia (com'è ovvio che sia) con una scelta altrettanto chiara di ingredienti e materie prime di livello elevato;
2) il prezzo sorprendentemente basso di tutto questo ben di Dio, soprattutto per chi viene dalla città. Perciò, se vivi a Roma o a Milano, prenota più chili possibile della pasta di Saveria e stipa la macchina fino all'orlo, poi arriva a casa e congelala: non te ne pentirai;
3) l'onestà dei titolari, una famiglia che riunisce in due generazioni la grande esperienza di Saveria e del marito, e la volontà di portare novità del figlio Christian;
4) non c'è trucco e non c'è inganno: il laboratorio è dietro il tramezzo a un metro dal bancone. E quello che ne esce è commuovente per bontà, tenuta della cottura e profumo.
A micropastificio that amazes for 4 good reasons why you have to stop there (and then come back):
1) the uncompromising quality of each of their products, which begins (obviously) with an equally clear choice of high-level ingredients and raw materials;
2) the surprisingly low price of all this goodness, especially for those coming from the city. So, if you live in Rome or Milan, book as many kilos of Saveria's pasta as possible and cram the machine to the brim, then get home and freeze it: you won't regret it;
3) the honesty of the owners, a family that brings together in two generations the great experience of Saveria and her husband, and the willingness to bring news from their son Christian;
4) there is no trick and there is no deception: the laboratory is behind the partition one meter from the counter. And what comes out is moving for its goodness, cooking resistance and aroma.
