The preparation and cooking of these chickens, fed exclusively on corn, was carried out following the precise instructions received at the time of purchase. The result was amazing and were appreciated by all the diners. We will not fail to come back and buy one of the many specialties prepared from this butcher's shop.

Try the porchetta, ragù sauce, prosciutto, all the salami (with chestnuts, truffle, paprika and more) and the patè for crostino, a Tuscan specialty. They also have all different kinds of meat and can cut you custom pieces, even a 1kg steak for the grill if you want. The prices are low considering the quality you're buying. The same things in a big city would be three times as expensive! I can't recommend them enough.
