★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Mi hanno addebitato 5 euro per un prodotto non preso, però per fortuna mi hanno ridato i soldi. Non mi ero invece accorta che metà dei bicchieri comprati era rotta....
Direi che la prossima volta vado di Amazon direttamente!! Più economico e più serio. Poi negozianti non vi lamentate se la gente fa così!!!
 Bad experience. They charged me 5 euros for a product not taken, but luckily they gave me back the money. On the other hand, I didn't realize that half of the glasses I bought were broken ....
I would say next time I go to Amazon directly !! Cheaper and more serious. Then shopkeepers don't complain if people do this !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi rincresce dover fare una recensione negativa perché non è mai bello, però mi auguro possa essere considerata una critica costruttiva e non fine a sé stessa. Sono entrata per curiosare (ero già entrata due anni fa e anche su allora avrei considerazioni da fare, ma preferisco tralasciare) e la scortesia, il livello di maleducazione e di indisponibilità mostratami dalle commesse è stato altamente percettibile e triste. Anche io ho fatto lo stesso lavoro nella vita, so cosa significa lavorare col pubblico, e penso che la gentilezza oltre ad essere una caratteristica fondamentale per chi svolge questo lavoro sia anche gratuita e non credo serva molto sforzo per mostrarla. Spero possiate capire quanto sia importante mettere a proprio agio chi entra nel vostro negozio, e se non vi piace il cliente a pelle almeno che abbiate la decenza di trattarlo come una persona e non come un pezzo di liquame entrato nel negozio. Grazie e buona fortuna.
I regret having to write a negative review because it is never beautiful, but I hope it can be considered a constructive criticism and not an end in itself. I went in to look around (I had already entered two years ago and even then I would have considerations to make, but I prefer to leave out) and the rudeness, the level of rudeness and unavailability shown to me by the orders was highly perceptible and sad. I too have done the same work in my life, I know what it means to work with the public, and I think that kindness as well as being a fundamental characteristic for those who do this work is also free and I don't think it takes much effort to show it. I hope you understand how important it is to put those who enter your store at ease, and if you do not like the customer to the skin at least that you have the decency to treat them as a person and not as a piece of sewage entered the store. Found some very offensive masks that I couldn't believe features black face. It's 2021 so please get your act together and screen the kind of products you sell before you put them on the shelf.
