Alla seconda domanda per avere maggiori informazioni, la risposta è stata "non posso star qui tutto il giorno". Una figura professionale che dopo un minuto di conversazione risponde in questo modo non merita niente.Ho provato a fare alrtre domande ma con scarsi risultati. Tenetevi le vostre mini 4wd, comprerò tutto online dato che almeno online le informazioni si ottengono e le persone sono persino più educate. Poichè i pezzi erano tanti, abbiamo chiesto di battere il totale alla cassa e non alla calcolatrice, per controllare i prezzi: ha cominciato a dire parolacce tra sé e sé... Al tempo del customer service di Amazon, mi è sembrato di fare un tuffo nel peggiore commercio... The owner was grumpy with the kids asking for information on firecrackers to buy. Raramente ho trovato un negoziante così scontroso (con il negozio vuoto tra l’altro) e che non era minimamente interessato alle esigenze della clientela . Sono appassionato di subbuteo e pensavo di trovare quello che cercavo sperando di avere un confronto con qualcuno che potesse anche consigliare . Sono stato zittito subito . Il negozio E’ assolutamente poco fornito per articoli da subbuteo con 4 squadre in croce , ma questo non è un problema . Meglio a questo punto andare ai mercatini o continuare on Line. Evidentemente questo signore “moderno” che incarna l’innovazione del retailing non ha bisogno di nuovi clienti , beato lui. :) Rare rudeness. I have rarely found a shopkeeper so grumpy (with the shop empty by the way) and who was not in the least interested in customer needs. I am passionate about subbuteo and thought I would find what I was looking for hoping to have a comparison with someone who could also recommend. I was silenced immediately. The shop has absolutely little stock for Subbuteo items with 4 cross teams, but this is not a problem. At this point it is better to go to the markets or continue online.
