Assistenza negata non avevano tempo per un intrvento che non avrebbe richiesto più di una decina di minuti I was passing through in the middle of the morning with my racing bike, I had problems with the gearbox and I still had to do about 40 km to get back. Ho avuto pochi giorni dopo un piccolo problema al freno anteriore di una delle due biciclette acquistate, l'ho portata dal venditore che ha provveduto a sistemare subito il problema. Consiglio trubbiani anche perché offre l'assistenza visto che le biciclette le produce lui. I purchased two children's bikes. Excellent value for money. Poi mi sono fermato da un venditore di bici a Sambucheto gli ho fatto la stessa domanda e mi ha subito sostituito le pastiglie (tempo: 2 minuti) I was passing by with my bike and I stopped because of a noise on the brakes, I asked the owner if he could take a look at it and I was told, not too kindly, that "nooo, we don't have time to do it. now, if you want me to look at your bike, leave it here and I'll fix it as soon as I can, I'll do it for Monday. L'ho riportata 1 volta e a loro detta il problema era risolto, provata, 500mt e il problema è ritornato, l'ho riportata giù, hanno risistemato a detta loro, l'ho riprovata e dopo 500mt il fischio è ritornato. Purtroppo sconsiglio. Unfortunately I found myself with a new bike with whistling (mechanical) brakes.
