Wilier 110 Pro (usata,3800euro) acquistata in settembre 2019.
Giugno 2020, 7000 km fatti, si deforma parte del carro posteriore. Espongo il problema al venditore, telefonicamente e tramite raccomandata (come prevede il Codice del Consumatore).
Recatomi in sede, vengo aggredito verbalmente in modo ingiustificato dal titolare per essermi permesso di scrivere la raccomandata, tra l'altro redatta in stile garbato e rispettoso.
Dopo più di un mese torno in sede, provo a chiedere un rimborso, fanno orecchie da mercante. Mi viene proposto l'acquisto di un telaio Sworks SL6, senza sconto, (intanto è già uscito SL7). Esasperato, accetto il cambio con una Giant Propel usata (valore 2500 euro, cifra molto inferiore a quella spesa per la Wilier).
Si sono pure permessi di contattare la mia compagna su FB, recatasi in sede per valutare l'acquisto di un telaio da regalarmi per il mio compleanno.
Da parte mia, la peggior esperienza di acquisto della mia vita.

Wilier 110 Pro (used, 3800euro) purchased in September 2019.
June 2020, 7000 km done, part of the rear triangle is deformed. I expose the problem to the seller, by telephone and by registered mail (as required by the Consumer Code).
When I went to the office, I was verbally attacked in an unjustified way by the owner for allowing me to write the registered letter, among other things written in a polite and respectful style.
After more than a month I go back to the office, I try to ask for a refund, they turn a deaf ear. I am offered the purchase of a Sworks SL6 frame, without discount, (in the meantime, SL7 is already out). Exasperated, I accept the exchange with a used Giant Propel (value 2500 euros, a figure much lower than that spent for Wilier).
They also took the liberty of contacting my partner on FB, who went to the office to evaluate the purchase of a frame to give me for my birthday.
For my part, the worst shopping experience of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Andato per info riguardo l'acquisto di una bici da 5 mila euro sono stato trattato bene ma avendo poi lasciato i miei dati per la richiesta di una scontistica ed avendo telefonato non sono stato più ricontattato.
Peccato per il negozio perchè i canali di vendita sono molti ed ho trovato ciò di cui avevo bisogno.
Went for info about the purchase of a 5 thousand euro bike I was treated well but having then left my data to request a discount and having called I have not been contacted again.
Too bad for the shop because the sales channels are many and I found what I needed.
