( nessun problema)Mi hanno detto che in pochi giorni avrebbero mandato qualcuno. Ho sollecitato più volte senza ricevere risposta. Dopo 40 giorni scrivo questa recensione. Sono riuscito a riparare la finestra per conto mio. Quindi o non sono competenti oppure non si occupano della manutenzione successivamente all' installazione. Come cliente non sono soddisfatto. I requested going personally to the company to repair an Aluk window, bringing photos of the damage. They told me it would cost. (no problem) They told me that in a few days they would send someone. I have solicited several times without receiving an answer. After 40 days I write this review. I managed to repair the window on my own. Therefore, they are not competent or do not take care of maintenance after installation. As a customer I am not satisfied.
