★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nella recensione che per errore ho cancellato spiegavo come dopo essere venuto a conoscenza che Zuccato energia srl era alla ricerca di un commerciale mi ero proposto al titolare Alessandro Zuccato, il quale, dopo un primo positivo colloquio valutativo, mi aveva illustrato la proposta di assunzione.
Nel medesimo periodo mi era stata proposta l'assunzione da un'altra azienda che purtroppo ho rifiutato a favore di quella di Zuccato che ritenevo più stimolante.
Dopo un ulteriore colloquio in cui Alessandro Zuccato mi aveva prospettato l'iter di formazione iniziale in affiancamento col commerciale già presente in azienda e le strategie commerciali future, ero in attesa della bozza del contratto da verificare e firmare.
Improvvisamente l'atteggiamento di Zuccato è cambiato, non rispondeva più alle mie chiamate e quando si è degnato di farlo mi ha comunicato infastidito che stava valutando altre candidature e che, nonostante tutti i nostri colloqui, non mi aveva promesso nulla.
Mi sono così ritrovato, senza un valido motivo, senza un lavoro e col rammarico di averne rifiutato un altro senz'altro valido.
Questa è stata la mia esperienza con Zuccato energia, ho voluto condividerla con quanti in futuro vi entreranno in contatto.
In the review that I accidentally deleted, I explained how after I learned that Zuccato energia srl was looking for a salesman, I had proposed to the owner Alessandro Zuccato, who, after an initial positive evaluation interview, explained to me the job proposal.
In the same period I was proposed to be hired by another company that unfortunately I refused in favor of that of Zuccato which I considered more stimulating.
After a further interview in which Alessandro Zuccato had suggested to me the process of initial training alongside the commercial already present in the company and future business strategies, I was waiting for the draft of the contract to be verified and signed.
Suddenly, Zuccato's attitude changed, he no longer answered my calls and when he deigned to do so he told me that he was considering other candidates and that, despite all our talks, he had not promised me anything.
I found myself, without a valid reason, without a job and with the regret of having refused another certainly valid.
This was my experience with Zuccato energy, I wanted to share it with those who will come into contact with you in the future.
