La preparazione tecnica è di livello superiore e l’onestà segue a ruota. Un meccanico di cui ti puoi fidare. Semplice esempio. Portata ieri 18 giugno 2020 l’auto per il tagliando dopo 11.000 km e 18 mesi dal precedente: constatato che olio e filtri fossero ancora in ottimo stato, mi hanno ri consegnato la macchina solo con un contollo dei livelli, senza farmi sprecare soldi inutilmente. Ditemi voi quale altro meccanico avrebbe fatto lo stesso, rinunciando ad un facile incasso. Avrebbero potuto dirmi tagliando fatto, pagare e arrivederci..che controllo avrei potuto avere sulla situazione? Questo fidelizza il cliente, e crea la fiducia di non essere fregati. Tell me which other mechanic would have done the same, giving up an easy collection. They could have told me by checking done, paying and goodbye .. what control could I have on the situation?
