★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono presentato in accettazione Venerdì 21 Giugno sul tardi per un problema improvviso che mi ha costretto a rinunciare ai miei impegni. Sinceramente non immaginavo un servizio spontaneo, dato l’orario, giorno e la quantità di lavoro che ha sommerso i meccanici Kia/Hyundai. Dopo una veloce verifica del capo officina, senza pensarci due volte ha subito portato dentro l’auto ed in pochi minuti mi ha consegnato la chiave della mia i30 compatta. Che dire, ringrazio tutto il personale per la disponibilità!
 I presented myself in acceptance late Friday 21 June for a sudden problem that forced me to give up my commitments. I honestly did not imagine a spontaneous service, given the time, day and the amount of work that Kia / Hyundai mechanics submerged. After a quick check of the workshop manager, without thinking twice he immediately brought the car inside and in a few minutes he handed me the key to my compact i30. What can I say, I thank all the staff for their availability!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho portato l'auto per effettuare il tagliando. Avevo chiesto la possibilità di avere un'auto sostitutiva, anche a pagamento, ma non era disponibile. All'ora pattuita per il ritiro l'auto non era pronta. Ho dovuto attendere un'altra ora e non tutte le manutenzioni previste erano state eseguite.
I brought the car to make the coupon. I had asked for the possibility of having a replacement car, even for a fee, but it was not available. At the agreed time for collection, the car was not ready. I had to wait another hour and not all the scheduled maintenance operations had been performed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sulla professionalità e la gentilezza, ma per gli appuntamenti è peggio che andare a fare una visita con la mutua all'ospedale. Per il tagliando devi chiamare almeno un mese e mezzo prima, per un intervento in garanzia chiamato al 27 agosto, appuntamento 11 settembre......
Nothing to say about professionalism and kindness, but for appointments it is worse than going to pay a visit to the hospital with a health insurance. For the coupon you must call at least a month and a half before, for an intervention under warranty called to August 27th, appointment September 11th ......
