Ma non potevano garantire comunque il servizio, anche se post-scadenza? Branch of Seregno: They were unable to solve the technical problem of the car in warranty expiration because an employee of the electronic part was absent (COVID cause, according to them). But couldn't they still guarantee the service, even if it was post-expiration?

Cambiate lavoro che fatte solo danni e volete pure una marea di soldi per un pessimo lavoro. Bad experience. I took the car for an oil leak check and picked it up leaking both diesel and oil even more than before. You change jobs that you only do damage and you also want a lot of money for a bad job.

I don't understand how you can give me a service quote without having seen the car when all the other dealerships don't and offer me a spark plug replacement without even knowing how many km the car has.

E	Ernix 55 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi, tempi di riparazione lunghissimi. Non hai MAI auto sostitutive disponibili, ripetono sempre che ne hanno 14 e sono tutte occupate. E quando il Cliente da contratto ha diritto a ricevere l'auto sostitutiva fanno "scarica barile" con Mercedes. Sono inadempienti anche verso Mercedes. Che schifo, mai più Mercedes...Ancora più grave, se possibile C. Rignanese mi ha detto che la carta di circolazione della mia auto non c'era nella macchina. Mi sono attivato per cercarla e ho poi fatto denuncia di smarrimento e nuova pratica per rifarla (90€). Quando ho ritirato la macchina da Venus la mia auto elettrica puzzava di benzina e la carta di circolazione era in macchina !!! Bad, very long repair times. You NEVER have replacement cars available, they always repeat that they have 14 and they are all occupied. And when the contract customer is entitled to receive the replacement car they do "barrel download" with Mercedes. They also default on Mercedes. How disgusting, never again Mercedes ... Even more serious, if possible C. Rignanese told me that the registration certificate of my car was not in the car. I activated to look for it and then I filed a loss report and a new practice to do it again (€ 90). When I picked up the car from Venus my electric car smelled of petrol and the registration certificate was in the car !!!
