Molto buone le "nfrennule" (i classici taralli della zona) dalla ricetta tradizionale alle variazioni proposte dal fornaio. Buoni anche tutti gli altri prodotti di panetteria sia rustici che dolci. Da assaggiare sicuramente anche i biscotti alla pasta di mandorle. I tanti prodotti da assaporare e la simpatia e cordialità dei proprietari ne fanno sicuramente una delle tappe obbligate per chi va a visitare la bellissima cittadina di Sant'Agata. A traditional bakery in a lovely place. Very good the "nfrennule" (the classic taralli of the area) from the traditional recipe to the variations proposed by the baker. For three generations, in my humble opinion, they have been making the best baked goods from Sannio Caudino and Telesino, especially the one that is their real workhorse: "la n'frennula"; I do not miss an opportunity to bring it as a tribute to friends from all over Europe together with their annurca apple liqueur!

A casa ho scoperto che non c'erano i taralli e la bottiglia era quella grande. Ho pagato per quello che avevo in busta, ma è così difficile prendere un ordine? Bah. I was there and asked for 1 small bottle of liqueur, 3 packs of clamps and 2 of taralli. I paid and didn't check the envelope. At home I discovered that there were no taralli and the bottle was the big one. I paid for what I had in the envelope, but is it so difficult to take an order? Bah.
