★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia esperienza è veramente pessima. Ho mandato a revisionare una pinza in data 20/10/2021 e ancora devo ricevere la pinza revisionata. Per avere informazioni è un parto ogni volta, la risposta è stata o lavoro o rispondo alle mail o telefono. Se avete così tanto lavoro assumete una segretaria che faccia solo questo. Non è un mio problema in quanto cliente. Se siete così oberati di lavoro lo dovreste comunicare prima di farvi mandare le cose.Per due volte mi è stato detto domani lavoriamo la sua pinza e la rimandiamo, io ancora non ho visto nulla. Speriamo di avere la pinza revisionata e funzionante.
My experience is really bad. I sent a caliper for inspection on 10/20/2021 and I still have to receive the overhauled caliper. To get information it is a birth every time, the answer was either work or I answer emails or telephone. If you have so much work, hire a secretary to do just that. Not my problem as a customer. If you are so overworked you should communicate it before you get things sent. Twice I was told tomorrow we work his gripper and send it back, I still haven't seen anything. We hope to have the caliper overhauled and working.

Spedito impianto frenante Beringer per revisionarlo il 12 Novembre a oggi 31 Gennaio solo scuse, non rispedisce l'impianto e risponde solo saltuariamente ai messaggi ma appena chiedo di riavere l'impianto smette di rispondere. A oggi comprerò un impianto nuovo per evitare di lasciare ancora la moto ferma.
Bad experience. Beringer braking system sent for overhaul on November 12th to January 31st, only apologies, it does not send the system back and responds only occasionally to messages but as soon as I ask to have the system back it stops responding. As of today, I will buy a new system to avoid leaving the bike still.
