Personale cordiale e professionale non attaccato all'idea di vendere ma a quella di trovare una soluzione. Grandi You go in and you feel like going back to the old workshops. Oltre ad eseguire riparazioni a regola d'arte offre soluzioni tecniche quando le condizioni alla riparazione tradizionale non sono applicabili. Gli interventi di riparazione e manutenzione possono essere eseguiti su ogni tipo di ciclo e motociclo/scooter come è possibile vedere entrando in officina, dove fanno bella mostra anche alcune moto d'epoca. Il cambio bobina mi è costato 145 euro, pago senza fiatare e arrivo vicino casa fiduciosa e contenta. Mi fermo per fare rifornimento e il motorino non si accende più con lo start. Telefono, ritorno in officina, mi sento dire che "per accendere il motorino, si deve tirare il freno e schiacciare il bottone dello start!?" , che maleducazione, prova il "tecnico" ma non si accende! Quindi non si era RISOLTO NULLA in verità, dopo un paio di tentativi, a random, si capisce qual'era il vero problema (uno stupido contatto) e forse (secondo me) non serviva cambiare il pezzo, bastava togliere e riposizionare la batteria. Che DELUSIONE. Ora, non sono un tecnico, mi sono affidata in una situazione di necessità seria, la disponibilità c'era ma NON la competenza e la motivazione/voglia di risolvere il mio problema che era stato liquidato come "fatto! una cavolata". Quello che ho trovato e che mi ha proprio ferita è stata la mancanza di professionalità, di cura per il NUOVO CLIENTE e il pressapochismo nel lavoro. Lo sconsiglio, NON CI TORNERO' MAI PIU'! Bullshit". What I found and what really hurt me was the lack of professionalism, care for the NEW CUSTOMER and carelessness in the work. I do not recommend it, I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!
