★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strafottente ed arrogante, una presa in giro durata 3 telefonate e non sono stati capaci di risolvermi nulla, il peggiore è il responsabile che una volta con le spalle al muro mi ha liquidato in dialetto dicendomi " hai chillu ca vui " .Mi sono fatto tradurre l'ultima frase. Dopo la recensione dei giorni scorsi, oggi 14/09/2020 mi sono visto chiamare da due diverse persone della sede che con modi professionali e pazienti hanno risposto esaustivamente a tutte le mie domande. Risolvendo i miei problemi ed invitandomi ad andarli a trovare nel loro store di Maida (CZ) .
 Overbearing and arrogant, a mockery that lasted 3 phone calls and they weren't able to solve anything, the worst is the manager who once with his back to the wall dismissed me in dialect saying "hai chillu ca vui". the last sentence. After the review of the last few days, today 14/09/2020 I saw myself called by two different people from the office who, with professional and patient ways, answered all my questions exhaustively. Solving my problems and inviting me to visit them in their store in Maida (CZ).

The latest Ducati models are wonderful. This dealership is well stocked. I got to know the owner, Mr. Sandro Milano, a very friendly, helpful and professionally trained person. My questions, on specific technical characteristics of the Multistrada model, were promptly and amply satisfied by exhaustive answers.
