★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nulla da dire sul personale che ci lavora, ma chi gestisce il negozio non sa cosa siano gentilezza e cordialità. Ho avuto di recente dei problemi con il mio gestore telefonico, e non solo mi ha trattato con sufficienza ma continuava a darmi risposte vaghe e a prendermi per i fondelli. Terribile, andate altrove.
Nothing to say about the staff who work there, but whoever manages the shop doesn't know what kindness and friendliness are. I recently had some problems with my phone company, and not only did he treat me with disdain but kept giving me vague answers and taking me for a ride. Terrible, go elsewhere.

Responsabile gentile solo nella chiusura della vendita poi se ritorni per qualche problema lo trovi arrogante, presuntuoso e molto grezzo nei modi. Lo stesso non si può dire dei collaboratori che sono gentili e cortesi
High prices compared to other centers, defective products, zero assistance even if the product is still under warranty. Kind manager only in the closing of the sale then if you return for some problem you find him arrogant, presumptuous and very crude in his ways. The same cannot be said of co-workers who are kind and courteous

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ho comprato un termoventilatore da mettere in bagno e appena arrivato a casa l ho subito collegato alla presa elettrica, ha fatto una scintilla con fuoriuscita di fumo nero e puzza di bruciato... la corrente in casa si è staccata ed esaminando l oggetto mostrava chiari segni di usura e di spaccature nelle scocche plastiche....tornando dal venditore e spiegando l accaduto mi è stato detto che non potevano sostituire l oggetto comprato 30minuti prima adducendo che potevo essere stato anche io a romperlo...sono dei truffatori vendono merce usata/difettata/scarti di fabbrica
I bought a fan heater to put in the bathroom and as soon as I got home I immediately plugged it into the electrical socket, it sparked with black smoke and smells of burning ... the electricity in the house went off and on examining the object it showed clear signs of wear and cracks in the plastic shells .... returning to the seller and explaining what happened, I was told that they could not replace the item bought 30 minutes earlier, alleging that I could have broken it too ... they are scammers selling goods used / defective / factory scraps

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca professionalità,poca competenza,ultima volta che entro in questo negozio. ho preso un monopattino elettrico l',ho portato a casa ,messo a caricare ,lo prendo per andare a lavoro e si ferma, lo riporto ma ovviamente i soldi indietro no, la sostituzione no, un'altro monopattino no, alla fine loro hanno i soldi in mano e io nn ho il monopattino. NON APRITE QUELLA PORTA.
Little professionalism, little competence, last time I enter this shop. I took an electric scooter there, I brought it home, started charging, I take it to go to work and it stops, I bring it back but obviously the money back no, the replacement no, another scooter no, in the end they have money in hand and I don't have a scooter. DO NOT OPEN THAT DOOR.
