Iniziando dal commesso Antonio sempre disponibile e gentilissimo, per non parlare dei meccanici Mario e Marco che per competenze e dedizione non hanno nulla da invidiare ai meccanici dei box Ferrari. E infine ma non per importanza il grande capo Ugo, che controlla tutto dall' alto con grande maestria e sapienza. Un mix di cose che li rende unici nel seguire tutto e tutti, dove il cliente non e' solo un numero da fatturare. Il must per soddisfare sia le esigenze della casalinga che quelle di atleti agonisti esigenti. Realta' come queste sono rare da trovare, e anche fare dei chilometri in piu' rispetto al negozio sotto casa ripaga dei sacrifici di tempo fatti per raggiungerli. Excellent, the top that can be found both for courtesy and for professionalism. Starting with the salesman Antonio always available and very kind, not to mention the mechanics Mario and Marco who for skills and dedication have nothing to envy of the Ferrari box mechanics. And last but not least the great boss Ugo, who controls everything from above with great skill and wisdom. A mix of things that makes them unique in following everything and everyone, where the customer is not just a number to be billed. The must to satisfy both the needs of the housewife and those of demanding competitive athletes. Reality like these are rare to find, and even doing more miles than the shop in the house pays for the time sacrifices made to reach them.

Al momento dell'apertura dell'imballo mi accorgo che alcuni particolari erano diversi da quanto descritto nell'annuncio di vendita, nello specifico il pacco pignoni non era lo SRAM Red11 originale (XG1190) ma un Sunrace del valore molto più basso. Anche il supporto Garmin è sparito così come i pedali. Il libretto di proprietà non saprei se è d'obbligo fornirlo ma non è mai giunto. Dopo iniziali rassicurazioni telefoniche e giustificandosi che era in conto-vendita si fanno di nebbia lasciando cadere nel vuoto e-mail di richiesta quando prima davano colpa al lock down. L'ultima email risale a maggio 2021. Tutto è bene ciò che finisce bene... altrimenti è male. Sono dettagli ma è la questione di principio. Saluti. I purchased a used Colnago in October 2020. Upon opening the packaging I realize that some details were different from what was described in the sales announcement, specifically the sprocket set was not the original SRAM Red11 (XG1190) but a Sunrace of much lower value. The Garmin mount is also gone as well as the pedals. I don't know if the owner's booklet is obligatory to provide it but it never arrived. After initial telephone reassurances and justifying that it was on consignment, they become hazy by letting the request e-mail fall into the void when they previously blamed the lock down. The last email dates back to May 2021. Everything is good what ends well ... otherwise it's bad. These are details but it is a question of principle. Greetings.
