★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buon assortimento per quanto riguarda la maggior parte dei prodotti ma prezzi non molto competitivi su altri (motivo per qui non do 5 stelle) come ad esempio i videogiochi che sono troppo costosi anche se datati e non più venduti a quel prezzo di listino. Il locale è stato rinnovato recentemente e a mio parere è stata migliorata la disposizione dei reparti e dei prodotti!
Good assortment regarding most of the products but prices not very competitive on others (which is why I don't give 5 stars here) such as video games that are too expensive even if dated and no longer sold at that list price. The restaurant has been recently renovated and in my opinion the layout of the departments and products has been improved!

Durante l'acquisto, il personale continua a tartassarti e cercare di convincerti di acquistare tutti i tipi di accessori esistenti per PC che è davvero fastidioso. Ieri sono andato per vedere qualche notebook ma erano tutti spenti, per non parlare della poca scelta di modelli messi a disposizione. È davvero impossibile scegliere un notebook se non si possa provare.
a little over a year ago I had bought a laptop from them that was on offer. It was all flawed. During the purchase, the staff keep harassing you and trying to convince you to buy all kinds of existing PC accessories which is really annoying. Yesterday I went to see some notebooks but they were all off, not to mention the lack of choice of models available. It's really impossible to choose a notebook if you can't try it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Due giorni fa sono andata all'expert del centro commerciale Porto degli Ulivi per acquistare regali di Natale. Ho chiesto alla commessa informazioni circa un set di bicchieri e lei mi ha detto di aspettare un attimo, che me li sarebbe andata a prendere. Ho aspettato più di mezz'ora e nel frattempo vedevo la commessa indaffarata ad entrare ed uscire dal magazzino, telefonare, ecc, pensando che si stesse prodigando per me; ma quando ho chiesto nuovamente dei bicchieri, la commessa mi ha detto che stava sbrigando un'altra commissione e non poteva darmi retta. Lo trovo assolutamente inammissibile, sia perché non si trattano così i clienti, sia perché avrebbe potuto dirmelo mezz'ora ora prima, senza farmi aspettare inutilmente!! Alla fine sono andata via e non ho comprato lì i miei regali di Natale, peggio per loro!
Two days ago I went to the expert of the Porto degli Ulivi shopping center to buy Christmas gifts. I asked the clerk about a set of glasses and she told me to wait a moment, she would go and get them for me. I waited more than half an hour and in the meantime I saw the clerk busy getting in and out of the warehouse, calling, etc., thinking that she was doing her best for me; but when I asked for glasses again, the saleswoman told me she was running another errand and couldn't listen to me. I find it absolutely inadmissible, both because customers are not treated like this, and because he could have told me half an hour before, without making me wait unnecessarily !! Eventually I left and didn't buy my Christmas presents there, too bad for them!
