Arrivati davanti al negozio dopo 55 km, lo troviamo chiuso, con indicazione di apertura alle 16,00. Morale viaggio perso e soldi di benzina buttati. Il punto vendita di Gioia Tauro (quello da me visitato) è grande, ordinato, accogliente. Ciò che è in esposizione risulta facilmente osservabile, lo spazio è gestito alla perfezione. Io sono stato accompagnato nell‘acquisto da Alessia (penso sia questo il suo nome): perfetta. Non solo estremamente professionale, ma soprattutto umana: è come sì si mettesse al posto del cliente. The Gioia Tauro store (the one I visited) is large, tidy, welcoming. What is on display is easily observable, the space is perfectly managed. I was accompanied in the purchase by Alessia (I think this is her name): perfect. Not only extremely professional, but above all human: it is as if she put herself in the customer's place.
