★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliato, mobili difettosi sin dal primo giorno. Chiesto l’intervento subito dopo, hanno fatto la riparazione dopo 4 mesi Per di più dicendomi “che non erano tenuti a farlo“. E altri mobili sono rimasti ancora difettosi e dovrò chiamare qualche falegname esterno per effettuare le riparazioni. Sconsigliato da ogni punto di vista. Personale poco qualificato e mobili di scarsa qualità.
 Not recommended, defective furniture from the first day. Asked for the intervention immediately after, they did the repair after 4 months. Moreover, they told me "that they were not required to do it". And other furniture still remained defective and I will have to call some external carpenter to make repairs. Not recommended from any point of view. Unqualified staff and poor quality furniture.

Bisognano di corsi di aggiornamento per vendita tempestiva e relazioni con i clienti .Non hanno risposte immediate alle necessita di chi davvero vuole acquistare!! 2 articoli su 2 sono usciti con lievi danneggiamenti!! **per un acquisto di 1400euro pagamento immediato cercano per 20 km di consegna 180 euro. (esperienza fatta su 5 visite -acquisti fatti 2-impossibilitati 2/3)
Unprepared staff, large display of articles with very little available in the immediate. We need refresher courses for timely sales and customer relations. They do not have immediate answers to the needs of those who really want to buy !! 2 items out of 2 came out with slight damage !! ** for a purchase of 1400 euros immediate payment they seek for 20 km of delivery 180 euros. (experience made on 5 visits-purchases made 2-impossible 2/3)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tempi di consegna lunghissimi , lavoro pessimo dei impiegati con nessuna conoscenza sui tempi di consegna dei prodotti , false promesse su consegne previste entro 30 giorni . Sto ancora aspettando i mobili prenotati e pagando un acconto dal 14 giugno e siamo ad AGOSTO PESSIMO DAVVERO.... NON CONSIGLIATO....!!!!!
Extremely long delivery times, bad employee work with no knowledge of product delivery times, false promises about deliveries within 30 days. I'm still waiting for the furniture booked and paying a deposit from June 14th and we are in AUGUST REALLY BAD .... NOT RECOMMENDED .... !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2 anni fa ho comprato cucina sofia tempi di consegna lunghissimi,maniglie che dopo un mese si sono arruginite,lavastoviglie pesantissima nell'apertura, frigo rumoroso ,forno che fa schifo.
Due giorni fa ho acquistato un secondo tavolo (quadrato) perché il primo era troppo grande (per mia scelta)ma dopo averlo aperto mi sono resa conto che non era di mio gusto
Chiedo cortesemente se potevo cambiarlo con un tavolo rettangolare ma mi è stato detto di no.
2 years ago I bought sofia kitchen very long delivery times, handles that have rusted after a month, heavy dishwasher in the opening, noisy fridge, oven that sucks.
Two days ago I bought a second (square) table because the first one was too large (for my choice) but after opening it I realized that it was not to my taste
I kindly ask if I could change it to a rectangular table but I was told no.

Premetto che forse è la prima recensione della mia vita. Ma questa volta non ne potevo davvero fare a meno. Ho chiamato in qualità di cliente per un acquisto appena concluso. Peccato che ho già rilasciato l'acconto, in caso contrario non avrei di sicuro proseguito con l'ordine. Ho semplicemente contattato il servizio clienti per avere delle informazioni in merito alla fatturazione ed alla consegna del mio ordine. Ma purtroppo ho avuto la spiacevole sorpresa di conversare con una operatrice molto arrogante, presuntuosa e cafona. Conclusione per nulla professionali ed altrettanto inaffidabili.
BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I state that perhaps it is the first review of my life. But this time I couldn't really do without it. I called as a customer about a purchase that just ended. Too bad that I have already released the deposit, otherwise I would not have continued with the order for sure. I simply contacted customer service for information regarding billing and delivery of my order. But unfortunately I had the unpleasant surprise of conversing with a very arrogant, presumptuous and boorish operator. Conclusion not at all professional and equally unreliable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Che dire....mi reco in sede in quanto dovevo acquistare urgentemente 4 sedie, ma l'impiegato di turno, gentilmente mi riferisce che sono disponibili e che del modello cha a me interessava ne avevano 7,di cui 4 in esposizione e 3 in magazzino. Nonostante fossi titubante in quanto non gradivo le sedie in esposizione, l'impiegato dopo numerose telefonate "interne"...mi dice che purtroppo sono impossibilitati a vendermi le 4 sedie, perche poi cosa se ne fanno delle altre 3?...a chi le danno???pertanto, assurdo ma vero..., mi viene "proposto" l'acquisto di 6 sedie (ovviamente cumulate con quelle in esposizione)!E alla mia lecita domanda sul cosa se ne facessero poi di una sola sedia, mi dicono, la mettiamo in un ufficio. GENIALI!!! Morale della favola, ho comprato lo stesso modello di sedia sul sito di mondoconvenienza a 36 euro a fronte dei 50 richiesti.
Hanno perso 200 euro di vendita, per non fare un semplice approvvigionamento di merce ...tirate le vostre conclusioni! Non ci siamo proprio, politiche aziendali completamente fuori rotta...
What can I say .... I go to the office as I urgently had to buy 4 chairs, but the employee on duty kindly tells me that they are available and that they had 7 of the model I was interested in, of which 4 on display and 3 in stock. Although I was hesitant as I did not like the chairs on display, the employee after numerous "internal" phone calls ... tells me that unfortunately they are unable to sell me the 4 chairs, so what do they do with the other 3? ... a who give them ??? therefore, absurd but true ..., I am "offered" the purchase of 6 chairs (obviously combined with those on display)! , they tell me, we put it in an office. BRILLIANT !!! Moral of the story, I bought the same model of chair on the worldconvenience website for 36 euros compared to the 50 requested.
They lost 200 euros of sales, not to make a simple supply of goods ... draw your conclusions! We are not quite there, company policies completely off course ...
