Alla fine ci ha offerto anche il caffè e il grappino . Personale gentile e accogliente . Se vi trovate a Ganci andate tranquilli . Excellent appetizer and exquisite first course, we chose the half menu, price in line since it is a set menu complete with everything. In the end he also offered us coffee and grappino. Friendly and welcoming staff. If you find yourself in Ganci, don't worry.
A	Alberto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Locale pulito ma in stile "antico". Abbiamo mangiato perché avevamo fame ed eravamo esausti. La cameriera si è gentilmente rifiutata di ricevere una comanda con due tipi di pasta...perchè altrimenti il cuoco s'imballava (eravamo solo noi in una sala vuota) pertanto solo spaghetti: al pomodoro; al pesto trapanese (non ci vanno le olive, mancava l'aglio, abbondanza di basilico, il pecorino, le mandorle ed il tutto era tagliato grossolanamente e non tritato oltretutto la pietanza nel piatto galleggiava in un brodino che sarebbe dovuto scomparire nella "spadellata" - per favore, non chiamatelo pesto alla trapanese -) e dello chef (non abbiamo capito gli ingredienti se non leggendoli nel menù. L'antipasto?!?...meglio tralasciamo. Per preghiera...gli ingredienti degli spaghetti alla carbonara sono: guanciale, tuorlo d'uovo, pecorino e pepe nero e non pancetta, uova, panna, parmigiano e pepe nero (chiamatela in un altro modo ma non carbonara). Gli ingredienti erano sani...é mancata l'arte dell'amalgama Clean but "ancient" style. We ate because we were hungry and we were exhausted. The maid politely refused to receive a command with two types of pasta ... otherwise the chef would come across (we were the only ones in an empty room) therefore only spaghetti: with tomato; to Trapani pesto (there are no olives, no garlic, plenty of basil, pecorino, almonds and everything was coarsely chopped and not minced plus the dish in the dish floated in a broth that should have disappeared in the "sautéed" - please do not call it pesto alla Trapani -) and of the chef (we did not understand the ingredients except by reading them on the menu. The appetizer?!? ... we will leave out. By prayer ... the ingredients of the spaghetti carbonara are : bacon, egg yolk, pecorino and black pepper and not pancetta, eggs, cream, parmesan and black pepper (call it another way but not carbonara). Più gentilezza e sensibilità da parte del personale sarebbe gradita! Il locale è datato.... Peccato! Good / acceptable quality of food. The quantity leaves something to be desired; quite sparse for the price you pay. More kindness and sensitivity from the staff would be appreciated! The place is dated .... Too bad!
