★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were not told about the specials. Perhaps since we were tourists? Starter was good but the pork was a mish-mash of ingredients. Cold raw tomatoes, burrata, raw prawns and tough pork.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Modern restaurant were we found the service to be lacking( we were the only table not told about the daily specials available,maybe because we were tourists. This was pointed out to the waiter which apologized and offered 2 glasses of amari on the house). Service was rushed. With regards to the food served, Starer was good, however the main course ( maiale nazzionale) was v poorly executed. The meat was v tough and, did not find the combination of pork belly, burrata, prawns and raw cold tomatoes to work together.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gastronomical highlight of our visit to Locorotondo. Beautiful interior. Contemporary. And so is the kitchen but of course with a Puglian twist. Service is outstanding. The plates like little paintings. If you stay in Locorotondo for several nights just leave the crowded and narrow streets behind for one night and enjoy the peace here. Keep up the good work!
