★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Difficile trovare del pane così buono....il proprietario e i figli "lavorano all'antica", fanno lievitare il loro pane a lungo, usano infatti il lievito madre e non aggiungono miglioratori e schifezze varie. Eccezionale il pane a ciambella di semola rimacinata
Difficult to find such good bread .... the owner and the children "work in the old way", they let their bread rise for a long time, in fact they use mother yeast and do not add improvers and various crap. The donut bread made with re-milled semolina is exceptional

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wrzesień 2018. Przyjechaliśmy autobusem szkolnym po południu, mieliśmy po spacerze jechać dalej, ale autobus nie przyjechał, na autostop było za późno. Nie mieliśmy odwagi poprosić o miejsce na namiot gdzieś w ogrodzie i spaliśmy krótko gdzieś pod miastem. Rano kupiliśmy tu chleb, pani zrobiła nam z niego cudowne panini z serem i sercem. Pyszny chleb. To było najwspanialsze śniadanie świata, do dziś je pamiętamy. Dziękuję, mam nadzieję, że jesteście zdrowi.
September 2018. We arrived by the school bus in the afternoon, we were supposed to go on after the walk, but the bus did not come, it was too late to hitchhike. We did not dare to ask for a tent somewhere in the garden and we slept briefly somewhere outside the city. In the morning we bought bread here, the lady made us a wonderful panini with cheese and heart. Delicious bread. It was the greatest breakfast in the world and we still remember it today.
