f	francesco talamanca on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto ideale per osservare il mare magari sorseggiando un aperitivo. Ci sono diversi ristorantini piccoli e caratteristici dove puoi mangiare del buon pesce. Anche di sera è spesso metà di giovani, meno giovani e turisti, soprattutto quelli che scendono a terra dalle navi da crociera. Bella la passeggiata....peccato che la manutenzione di un posto così caratteristico lasci molto a desiderare. Ideal place to observe the sea perhaps while sipping an aperitif. There are several small and characteristic restaurants where you can eat good fish. Even in the evening it is often half of young people, not so young people and tourists, especially those who come ashore from cruise ships. Beautiful walk .... pity that the maintenance of such a quaint place leaves much to be desired.

È presente una passerella da cui si arriva ad un largo belvedere dal quale ammirare il mare. Ai lati ci sono anche due piccole rampe di scale che permettono di scendere sulle rocce sottostanti e da qui in mare. Sotto la passerella ci si può sdraiare all'ombra vicino al mare. Quiet place, despite the many people present to dive into the sea (moreover the water is fairly clean). There is a walkway that leads to a large lookout from which to admire the sea. On the sides there are also two small flights of stairs that allow you to descend on the rocks below and from here to the sea. Under the walkway you can lie in the shade near the sea.

Lo stabilimento balneare "Pirgo" nacque dalla fusione di due stabilimenti adiacenti: il "Bruzzesi" ed il "Cancellieri". Esso occupava una striscia di litorale e lo specchio d’acqua che andava dai "Ferrovieri" all’ area attualmente occupata dalla piscina di Largo Caprera. Era, quindi, un grande stabilimento, senza dubbio uno dei migliori sulla costa tirrenica, dotato di numerosi "optional". What we see today are only traces of a past splendor. It was, therefore, a large establishment, without doubt one of the best on the Tyrrhenian coast, equipped with numerous "options".

Sotto la spiaggia di ciottoli è molto frequentata dalle famiglie nella zona con i frangiflutti, basta spostarsi verso sinistra per stare più tranquilli. In mare ci sono rocce miste a ghiaia come il 90%della costa in zona. Sulla passeggiata ci sono alcuni ristorantini (occhio alle fregature) che in settimana chiudono alle 23'30 e bar informali.
