★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bravissimo! Crudo means RAW in Italian, and this place lives up to its name on all fronts. Raw seafood, a totally raw staff, raw location and a absolutely raw wine list. The restaurant is situated on the beautiful boardwalk of Civitavecchia, and there is just a little sandy beach between your outside table and the mediterranean ocean. Waves splashing, super good Italian food that I must say is a pretty long way from pizza & pasta. Go Crudo! Go RAW. And if you see a very kind guy with a car wrench tattoo. Tell him I said hi. That guy is hard core to the bone.
