L	Laura on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gli spazi sono ben concepiti anche se al secondo piano in estate fa eccessivamente caldo e questo impedisce di godersi appieno le esposizioni. La mostra Cartasia é molto interessante e vi partecipano artisti a livello internazionale. A mio avviso il biglietto d'ingresso dovrebbe essere gratuito! The spaces are well designed even if on the second floor it is excessively hot in summer and this prevents you from fully enjoying the exhibits. The Cartasia exhibition is very interesting and international artists participate. In my opinion the entrance ticket should be free!
G	Giovanni D'Auria on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mostra molto bella nel complesso, alcune opere sono geniali e anche le esposizioni outdoor in giro per Lucca sono molto apprezzate, così dopo essere stato al museo si può continuare l'esperienza facendo semplicemente un giro per la città. Noi abbiamo ovviamente preso l'audioguida con un sovrapprezzo di 2€ (consigliato portarsi degli auricolari) ma l'unica pecca è un po' la mancanza di informazioni scritte sulle varie opere. Alcune ti lasciano con qualche domanda, in generale sarebbe apprezzato un minimo di contestualizzazione dei vari artisti. L'ultima parte della mostra, sopra il bookshop, un po' sottotono. Per il resto ripeto che nel complesso è stato un pomeriggio speso benissimo. Very nice exhibition overall, some works are brilliant and even the outdoor exhibitions around Lucca are very popular, so after having been to the museum you can continue the experience by simply taking a tour around the city. We obviously took the audio guide with a 2 € surcharge (it is recommended to bring headphones) but the only flaw is the lack of written information on the various works. Some leave you with some questions, in general a minimum of contextualization of the various artists would be appreciated. The last part of the exhibition, above the bookshop, is a little subdued. For the rest I repeat that overall it was a very well spent afternoon.

For me the first time I visit it. Very interesting display with incredible pieces if you think they are made with paper.

Bello il bookshop con le magliette della biennale a prezzo irrisorio. Addirittura si possono trovare ancora quelle delle edizioni precedenti a prezzo ridottissimo. A great space for great exhibits. Not too big and therefore undemanding. During the art biennial it hosts selected artists. Nice bookshop with biennial t-shirts at a ridiculously low price. Even those of previous editions can still be found at a very low price.
