★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the better supermarkets inside the walls. It's prices are better than pam and it's selection is larger. It also has a nice deli and pre-made foods. if you're going to be in Lucca for any length of time it's worth the effort to sign up for the savings card because it really makes a difference in the prices. The conad brand items are usually more reasonably priced as well. you can actually buy full size bottles of water here, which the pam does not offer. if I was really motivated I would go to the esselunga outside the walls, but this place is close convenient and reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good point to get all the basic necessities. Decent selection of produce, cheeses and wines and some prepared foods. The store is clean and well organized and the staff is polite, many of them also speak English. Conrad is definitely better stocked than Pam or Carrefour in the walls.
