★ ★ ★ ★ ★ un sabato mattina di un paio di mesi fa venni a ritirare un veicolo con un amico. dopo essersi spento a 500 metri dalla concessionaria perché non c’era un minimo di gasolio la risposta migliore (dall’amministratore delegato) che sentii fu che loro non erano un distributore e non era loro il problema, come per altro l’allestimento con dei difetti ben visibili ad occhio se ne lavorarono le mani dicendomi di andare a lamentare con l’allestitore e non con loro. tornato da loro, dopo mesi per un controllo, il capo officina e la signora in accettazione decisero di lasciare l’educazione a case altrui. mai vista tanta arroganza, presunzione e menefreghismo nei confronti dei clienti, allibito da un comportamento del genere. sconsiglio assolutamente l’evicarri, piuttosto fatevi un po’ più di strada ed andata verso la zona di Bologna che sono sicuramente persone più capaci ed educate per questo tipo di lavoro!!!!!
a Saturday morning a couple of months ago I came to pick up a vehicle with a friend. after turning off 500 meters from the dealership because there was not a minimum of diesel fuel the best answer (from the CEO) that I felt was that they were not a distributor and they were not the problem, as for other things the set up with defects clearly visible to the eye if they worked their hands telling me to go and complain to the bodybuilder and not with them. returned from them, after months for a check, the workshop manager and the lady in acceptance decided to leave the education to other people's homes. never seen such arrogance, presumption and indifference towards customers, appalled by such behavior. I absolutely do not recommend evicarri, rather go a little further and go towards the Bologna area who are certainly more capable and educated people for this type of work !!!!!

Si salva soltanto l’officina.
Personale addetto alle vendite e gestione della clientela del tutto incapace di risolvere i problemi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Efficenza ,cortesia, rapidità,spazi dedicati agli autisti,ordine nel parcheggio . Tutto al top . Telefonato x un guasto ad un tubo. Accordato x andare a sistemare . In meno di mezz ora dall' entrata ero già in marcia.
Efficiency, courtesy, speed, spaces dedicated to drivers, order in the parking lot. Everything at the top. Called for a pipe breakdown. Granted to go fix. In less than half an hour from the entrance I was already on the march.
