Ho però un accessorio che non so cos'è, una specie di lamiera e non è un vassoio, era ricoperta da pellicola, è stata infilata nel forno a mia insaputa e accendendo il forno è successo un pasticcio. Vedo se riesco a mettere foto per sapere a cosa serve? ma non trovo la sezione foto ?
 I am very satisfied with my kitchen. But I have an accessory that I don't know what it is, a kind of sheet and it's not a tray, it was covered with film, it was stuck in the oven without my knowledge and turning on the oven a mess happened. I see if I can put photos to know what it is for but I can't find the photo section ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato una cucina Glem A664MI6 da Unieuro di Forlì. Mi è stata consegnata ieri. Imballaggio perfetto ma, quando l'ho disimballata, ho notato con disappunto una notevole ammaccattura nella parte inferiore dx , dove c'è il cassetto scaldavivande. Un tentativo di riverniciatura maldestro ed un ulteriore taglio nella lamiera. Riferito il tutto a Unieuro i quali correttamente provvederanno alla sostituzione entro una settimana circa. Una domanda: c'è un responsabile che controlla i vostri prodotti prima di immetterli sul mercato? La prossima volta starò più attento nel comprare prodotti italiani.
I purchased a Glem A664MI6 kitchen from Unieuro di Forlì. It was delivered to me yesterday. Perfect packaging but, when I unpacked it, I noticed with disappointment a noticeable dent in the lower right part, where there is the warming drawer. An attempt at clumsy repainting and a further cut in the sheet metal. All reported to Unieuro who will correctly replace within a week. One question: is there a manager who checks your products before placing them on the market? Next time I will be more careful in buying Italian products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Metto una stella perchè zero non è possibile. Una signora molto anziana ha avuto un problema con il vetro di una cucina a gas (mentre lo apriva gli si è rotto in mano) il servizio postvendita risponde con arroganza che in oltre 60 anni di produzione non è mai successa una cosa del genere e che se ne lavano bellamente le mani. Prima di vendere bisognerebbe avere empatia per il cliente risolvendo anche questi casi al di là del fatto che sia o non in garanzia. Pessimo servizio. Procederò per vie legali perchè non sopporto le ingiustizie contro i deboli.
Aspetto un contatto come rispostomi dal proprietario. Ancora nessun riscontro. Disponibile a modificare la recensione qualora ne sussistano le condizioni.
Edit: Aggiornamento del 14/09/2020 : ovviamente nessuno si è fatto sentire come da loro scritto nella risposta evidentemente fatta solo per fare bella figura con chi legge la recensione. Confermo dunque la non serietà (doppia perchè prendono in giro dicendo che avrebbero riesaminato la richiesta e non mi hanno contattato) e sconsiglio a chiunque di acquistare da loro.

A very old lady had a problem with the glass of a gas cooker (it broke in her hand as she opened it) the after-sales service replies with arrogance that in over 60 years of production such a thing has never happened and that they wash their hands beautifully. Before selling, you should have empathy for the customer by also solving these cases regardless of whether or not it is under warranty. Bad service. I will take legal action because I can't stand injustices against the weak.
I am expecting a contact as a response from the owner. Still no feedback. Available to modify the review if the conditions exist.
Edit: Update of 09/14/2020: obviously no one has made themselves heard as written by them in the answer obviously made only to make a good impression on the reader. I therefore confirm the non-seriousness (double because they make fun of saying that they would have reviewed the request and have not contacted me) and I do not recommend anyone to buy from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fronte di un problema di assistenza in garanzia di un piano-cottura l'Ufficio Post Vendita della Glem ha risposto in modo pronto e gentile. Al loro posto cercherei di accompagnare ancora meglio un cliente con un problema e questo fin dall'inizio.
Comunque complimenti all'Ufficio Post Vendita.
La vicenda conferma che le recensioni Google, se maneggiate lealmente, qualche volta presentano una vera utilità.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato una cucina Glem a ottobre 2020, dopo pochi giorni che cucinavo sono rimaste due macchie sul piano cottura che non si sono tolte nemmeno con il prodotto specifico comprato al centro assistenza ! Ho scitto e mandato le foto, mi è stato risposto che l'acciaio è di elevatissima qualità, non lo metto in dubbio ma le macchie sono ancora li!Prima di questa ho avuto una cucina per 45 anni,quando l'ho rottamata l'acciaio era perfetto! il mio modello dovrebbe avere in dotazione una leccarda, invece ha una specie di vassoio antiaderente! Ho messo 2 stelle perchè sono rimasta male per le risposte che mi sono state date , a parte le macchie apetterò di vedere con il passare del tempo se ci saranno altri incovenienti! Spero di no!Oggi, 21 marzo 2021 si sono bruciate le luci che segnalano la temperatura del forno! Cos'altro succederà! Mai più una cucina Glem!
I bought a Glem kitchen in October 2020, after a few days of cooking there were two stains left on the hob that could not be removed even with the specific product purchased at the service center! I wrote and sent the photos, I was told that the steel is of the highest quality, I don't doubt it but the stains are still there! Before this I had a kitchen for 45 years, when I scrapped it. steel was perfect! my model should come with a drip pan, instead it has a kind of non-stick tray! I put 2 stars because I was disappointed with the answers that were given to me, apart from the stains I will wait to see with the passage of time if there will be other inconveniences! I hope not! Today, March 21, 2021, the lights that indicate the temperature of the oven have burned out! What else will happen! Never again a Glem kitchen!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho comprato un piano cottura il 7 dicembre 21 e sia le griglie che le piastrine dei fuochi sono rovinati. Mi è stato detto che abbiamo usato prodotti corrosivi, ma non è così. Si sono macchiati con il semplice contatto con il vapore acqueo delle pentole e con il piano delle padelle si è tolta la smaltatura nera alle griglie.
SCONSIGLIO I PRODOTTI GLEM
I bought a hob on December 7th 21 and both the grids and the plates of the burners are ruined. I was told that we used corrosive products, but this is not the case. They got stained with the simple contact with the water vapor of the pots and the black enamel from the grids was removed from the top of the pans.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND GLEM PRODUCTS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Piano cottura da incubo. Acquistato Agosto 2019 il top di gamma da 90 cm , Appena disimballato il mio installatore mi fa notare che è rigato in vari punti. Montato scopre che l'accensione elettronica non funzione se non con accendino e, 2 fuochi si accendono solo dopo vari tentativi di accensione. Segnalati più volte a Glem gas i vari problemi il 30 Settembre arriva il loro tecnico di zona che sostituisce vari componenti. A Gennaio 2022 ho cominciato ad avere nuovamente problemi sull'accensione che a seguito dell'attivazione fiamma continuava per diversi minuti a fare scoccare la scintilla su tutti i fuochi. Ultimamente in aggiunta il fuoco più piccolo non si accende e quando si riesce non mantiene la fiamma e fuoriesce gas, pertanto ho deciso di non usarlo per sicurezza smontando un componente mobile fiamma . Mi sono rivolto a Glem gas spiegando il problema ma visto che sono passati anche se da poco 24 mesi sono problemi miei. Mi hanno fornito solamente il numero dell'unico centro di assistenza in provincia di Torino. Dopo 2 anni e mezzo sono indeciso se chiamare l'assistenza o acquistare un altro piano cottura di altro marchio. All'epoca pensavo che sarebbe stato giusto dare fiducia ad una azienda nazionale. Ho notato che nella stessa fascia di prezzo ora ci sono marchi di fama internazionale con uguali caratteristiche.

After 2 and a half years I am undecided whether to call for assistance or buy another hob from another brand. At the time I thought it would be right to trust a national company. I noticed that in the same price range there are now internationally renowned brands with the same characteristics.
