Abbiamo mandato un mail e anche chiamato per richiedere una offerta per dei ricambi Caterpillar ,ad oggi dopo 15 giorno ancora nessuna risposta .
A la fine ci siamo dovuti rivolgere ad un altro fornitore.
SocietΓ con ottimi ricambi ma con un servizio commerciale che lascia molto a desiderare .........

We have sent an email and also called to request an offer for Caterpillar spare parts, to date after 15 days still no reply.
In the end we had to turn to another supplier.
Company with excellent spare parts but with a commercial service that leaves much to be desired .........
