A fare la differenza è il personale che con fare affabile ti mette a tuo agio, per farti usufruire di una vasta scelta di colazione dolce o salata veramente di qualità. Se vi trovate in zona dovete assaggiare la romana con la ricotta, veramente buona. Se avete la necessità di un pranzo, o cena veloce, potete scegliere tante varietà di panini piastrati, cucinati con cura, che potete accompagnare con dell'ottimo vino locale. In estate trovate delle granite buonissime sia le tradizionali, mandorla o limone o di gusti particolari fatte per citarne una " al melograno" . Il melograno che nasce in Sicilia è di qualità superiore, per cui quando viene trasformato in pasticceria, o in distilleria, diventa un sapore unico. Cari amici che venite in Sicilia, quando siete a Siracusa, sappiate che in Eve Green Bar, tovate un punto di riferimento, per ritemprarvi, e rifocillarvi, a poca distanza dei principali siti archeologici.
