Siamo entrati a debita distanza e con mascherine fp3, per chiedere informazioni e siam stati letteralmente cacciati fuori. Senza sapere che andava stilata una lista, lasciati senza moduli da compilare.. La farmacia è una delle più fornite di Siracusa con un servizio di altissima qualità, ma per il tampone purtroppo è un’altra storia. M	Marinella Miraglia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brutta esperienza con il laboratorio perché in data 23 dicembre 2021 alle ore 16.22 un dipendente, in presenza di febbre ha rifiutato di prenotare telefonicamente un tampone per mio figlio rinviandoci all'ASP. Dal canto suo l'ASP risponde che non riconosce la validità del tampone fai da te, perciò non compratelo! Insistete o perderete il green pass e le cure delle USCA. Rispondo: Se non siete autorizzati a fare il tampone non fatelo. Perche' fate i tamponi se avete paura di interfacciarvi con un positivo? Li fate contro il covid o no? Non dovete mandare la gente all'ASP. Abbiate almeno la decenza di indirizzare verso un laboratorio competente. Senza questo non parte la chiamata alle USCA, e a quel punto mettete a rischio la vita della gente. Of note, the pharmacists took time to explain the medications prescribed and how to use them. They seem to have a very large inventory and a full second floor storage facility

The only drawback as with many Sicilian points of commercial interests is the lack of adequate parking space. If this place had it's own parking I would have given it a 5 star.
